You're Invited

A few weeks ago I was very excited to learn that my friend Saqib Ali had decided to run for State Delegate in District 39. Saqib really is a great guy. I've known him for several years and he's young, bright progressive and has an energy and passion that is sorely needed in Annapolis these days. When Saqib called me, I immediately volunteered to help out on his campaign.

This weekend I will be co-hosting a fundraising reception for Saqib. It'll be a great opportunity to hear directly from him about his campaign, vision and plans for the General Assembly. Of course, he won't just be talking, he'll be listening as well. Drop by and tell him your own thoughts and ideas. What do you want to see done in Annapolis? Plus, there will be some spectacular food!
