Ford Gets $$$ Under Job Creation Act

So, Ford just announced it cut 10,000 North American jobs last year, plans to cut another 30,000 this year and, oh by the way, Ford would like to thank the US taxpayers for giving them $250 million under the American Job Creation Act. Huh?!?

Yep, that's what I like to see, a real government-corporate partnership making good use of my tax dollars.

OK, I don't know squat about the Job Creation Act. Maybe it's just poorly named (perhaps on purpose for political/social ends... Clear Skies anyone?) or maybe that money actually helped Ford keep some jobs that otherwise would have ended up on the pink slip list. Still, I don't like it. Anyone else?
