Dumped

Ouch! A few months ago she was ranked 7th least effective state legislator in Maryland and now Delegate Joan Stern has been "dumped" by the rest of the District 39 team. Given her lackluster fundraising record, being cut-off from the D39 slate's campaign coffer could be quite a blow. Not to mention the fact that she has some serious competition this time around.
