Hate-Monger Tags Silverman Sign

A large Steve Silverman campaign sign was apparently the target of a hate-mongering vandal late Sunday or early Monday. The 4x8 foot sign on Spencerville Rd (near New Hampshire Ave and Route 198) was spray painted with a large red swastika.

Sign tampering/destruction happens every election season (usually perpetrated by idiots who feel all's fair in love, war and political campaigns), but this type of thing with its hateful and racist implications is utterly unacceptable. It has no place in a political campaign, or our community in general.
